Delete your Syllabite account

The quickest method is inside the app. Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your courses, tasks, stored syllabus sources, sign-in identities, and personal product activity references.

If you cannot access the app

1. Email support@paperplanes.digital from the address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Syllabite account.”
3. We will verify control of the account before deletion. Do not email an OTP, password, or syllabus.

What remains

We may retain the minimum pseudonymized purchase and administrator audit records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and law. Product events are deleted or detached from your identity. De-identified aggregate metrics may remain.

Timing

In-app deletion begins immediately. Backups and provider caches may take additional time to expire under their normal retention schedules.
