These terms govern your use of Syllabite, provided by Paper Planes Digital. By using the service, you agree to them.

Educational planning tool

Syllabite helps organize information from course documents. You are responsible for reviewing extracted dates, requirements, grades, and notifications against official instructions from your school and instructor. Syllabite is not your school’s official record.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated bulk imports. “Unlimited” Semester Pass access means normal student use; accounts above 50 successful imports per term may be reviewed.

Free access

Each account receives one successfully created course per academic term. An unsuccessful import or retry of the same document does not consume another course. Changing schools does not reset a course already claimed for the term.

Semester Pass

A Semester Pass is a $9.99 one-time, non-auto-renewing purchase for the academic term you explicitly select. It activates after purchase verification and remains active through 14 days after that term’s recorded end date. Near the end of a term we may suggest the next term, but you must confirm the selection. Taxes and localized store prices may vary.

After a pass expires, courses created under it remain readable but cannot be modified. Your current term’s free-course access remains available if unused. Purchases, refunds, pending payments, and revocations are handled through Apple or Google and verified by our systems.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Syllabite available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Syllabite is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for academic outcomes, missed deadlines caused by unverified information, school system changes, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as permitted.
