Before you write
- Purchases: sign into the same Syllabite account, then use Restore Purchases.
- Uploads: confirm the syllabus is a PDF or DOCX under 10 MB and is not password-protected.
- Review: nothing enters your trusted plan until you confirm the extracted course information.
- Missing class times: add days and times only when Syllabite could not confidently find a regular meeting pattern.
- Referrals: include your invite code and the affected status, but never share another student's course details.
- Ambassadors: approved lifetime access should appear in Settings and survive term changes and reinstalls.
- Account deletion: use the in-app control or follow the instructions below.
